Baking.... Dog Treats?

Cookie season is officially over! Our girls did very well and now it is time to put their goals into action. As you remember, we all got together at the beginning of the cookie season to let the troop discuss what they would like to do with their profit. Our girls ultimately decided that they wanted to help the local Animal Shelter. At yesterday's meeting our girls had fun making dog treats in which we will personally deliver them, as well as a monetary donation, to the Animal Shelter. Our local shelter recently had the misfortune of arson and has been in the process of rebuilding. They are a non-profit organization and any donation is greatly appreciated.There is even information on volunteering at their website www.southernpinesanimalshelter.org.
